Real estate investment

The planning of this project started in 2003 , and by 2007 the new property was already towering above the neighborhood of Neve Tzedek. The height of the tower is 147 meters, and it contains 42 floors and 300 luxurious apartments. The plans for the tower also included the renovation of several historical buildings that surround the tower, in addition to the investment of a park nearby.
